What are the requirements to transfer to LSI?

Transfer Form (available for completion at the school)
Processing fee of $250 (non-refundable)
Passport
Valid F-1 visa (must be in your passport)
I-94 form (must be in your passport)
I-20 from your current school
Bank statement showing at least $1,650 per month
Proof of highest level of education completed
Tuition fee for a 12-week program
