What is the balance amount I need to prove for the school to issue the I-20?

A minimum of $8,100 for six months of study. A minimum of $16,200 for twelve months of study. If you have dependents, you will need to include an additional proof of funds of $2,100 for six months per person or $4,200 for 12 months per person.

If you want to extend your studies for a longer period, no new financial proof is needed, nor will any additional fees be charged.

IMPORTANT: The amount will be analyzed in U.S. dollars (USD), according to the exchange rate of the day. However, you can send your statement in the local currency.

Yes. With a tourist visa, you can study in the English Vacation Program for 4 weeks, with the possibility of renewal for another 8 weeks, for a maximum duration of 12 weeks. Our classes are held from Monday to Wednesday, with a total of 15.5 hours per week.

Fees for a student visa:

$250 Processing Fee
$350 SEVIS (government fee for visa interview scheduling) – Optional – You can also pay the SEVIS fee directly to the U.S. government or through a visa consultancy;
$100 FEDEX (express mail) – Optional – If this option is not chosen, the student can collect the documentation in other ways. In these cases, the collection will be the total responsibility of the student.
Total: $700.00 (including all fees)

If you have any dependents, you must pay a processing fee of $100 per dependent. (Children and spouse – Civil marriage)

The course fee must be paid by the first day of class (minimum of 12/13 weeks).

Note: The only refundable fee in case of cancellation or withdrawal is the $100 enrollment deposit. Other fees are non-refundable.

The I-20 is the primary document for obtaining a student visa in the United States. It allows the student to stay legally in the country while studying at an accredited school.

Yes. You can complete the entire enrollment process directly with the school, without the need to hire agencies or intermediaries. The school does not assist in the visa issuance process, air ticket purchase, or accommodation. However, it has partner companies with different rates for students.

All courses are paid on the first day of class. For F1 student visa courses, you must make an initial payment of at least 12/13 weeks. After this period, you have the option to make monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payments.

For the holiday course (tourist visa), you have the option of making weekly, monthly, or quarterly payments.

You can choose the option that best suits your needs.

It is entirely the student’s responsibility to request the renewal of the I-20, as renewal does not occur automatically. To request the renewal of your I-20, go to your school’s office with your original I-20 about 15 days before the expiration date. Once your I-20 is ready, you will receive an email notification to collect your new I-20 at the front desk. It is not necessary to provide financial proof again unless you want to change units.

Students can request 2 vacation sessions (8 or 9 weeks) every 6 sessions (24 or 25 weeks). If planning to travel outside the USA, it’s important to request a travel-signed I-20 from the DSO at the front desk.

It is not mandatory to purchase health insurance, but we recommend that you come with one from your country to prepare for any eventuality.

Evening: Monday to Thursday from 5:45 PM to 10:15 PM
