Exploring the 29th Fire Department in LA

Last week, the students from Downtown LA campus had an amazing and inspiring visit to the 29th Fire Department. The visit was simply incredible. The firefighters gave us the opportunity to learn about how a career in this field is built. They showed us the fire truck up close and demonstrated the equipment they use for their work. It was truly fascinating.

To top it off, they even put on a special presentation by climbing the giant ladder. It was an impressive sight! All the firefighters were very friendly and took the time to answer our questions. We felt so lucky to have this experience.

Visiting the fire department was not only educational but also a lot of fun. We got to see firsthand what it’s like to be a firefighter and the important role they play in our community. It was a memorable day that left us feeling inspired and grateful for their service.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to the firefighters for their warm hospitality and for sharing their knowledge with us. It was an unforgettable experience that we will cherish for a long time.
